the staff was courteous. the buffet had quality food. the sauna was calm. the jacuzzi felt relaxing. i found the outdoor pool water temperature wonderful. everything felt great. i really relaxed . ahmad and tareq were helpful. the food amazed me. i do recommend a stay here.

The hotel staff were friendly and ready to help me. I love the beach access. The promenade on the other side was wonderful for walks. I really appreciate the upgraded room. The balcony gave me a fine view of the palm.
I did find the pool was a bit smaller than what I thought after seeing the pictures.

The staff was attentive. Saksham was very funny, while he practiced German. Deepak created the best Mojito Mocktails. They were AMAZING!!! Amgad and Caroline checked on guests, to confirm everyone felt well taken care of. Ghizlane thoughtfully arranged our breakfast to go.
